Junior content creator.Sherif teaches English to Arabic speakers. He has about 18k followers, 5 years of data on what learners struggle with, and more ideas than time. You bring structure, so his best ideas get filmed, written and posted.
شريف بيدرّس إنجليزي للناطقين بالعربي. عنده حوالي 18 ألف متابع، و5 سنين داتا عن مشاكل المتعلمين، وأفكار أكتر من الوقت. إنت بتجيب النظام، فأحسن أفكاره تتصوّر وتتكتب وتنزل.
The form takes about 15–30 minutes. Some answers are voice recordings, so find a quiet place.

What you’ll help with (primarily)

- A content plan that actually runs. What gets filmed, in what order, so a lot of content goes out in an organised way.
- خطة محتوى بتشتغل فعلًا. إيه اللي يتصوّر وبأي ترتيب، عشان محتوى كتير ينزل بشكل منظّم.
- Using AI to produce content: clip videos, make visuals and thumbnails, and help script and direct what we film.
- استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في الإنتاج: قص الفيديوهات، عمل الصور والثامبنيلز، والمساعدة في كتابة وتوجيه اللي بنصوّره.
- Content that feels like him. You direct and shoot with Sherif so he appears as himself, not as a script.
- محتوى شبه شريف. بتوجّه وتصوّر معاه عشان يظهر بشخصيته الطبيعية، مش سكريبت.
- Titles, captions and text hooks for reels and long videos.
- التايتلز والكابشنز والتيكست هوكس للريلز والفيديوهات الطويلة.
- The data put to work. Go through the learner pain points and the lead magnets with Sherif and decide how to use them.
- الداتا تتستخدم. تراجع مع شريف مشاكل المتعلمين والـ lead magnets وتقرروا نستخدمهم إزاي.
- Ideas for the offer and the marketing. You contribute ideas to how we build the offer and the overall marketing strategy. Sherif decides.

You will not write his scripts alone. He wants to speak in his own words.

What we need from you

- Use AI for content creation, editing, brainstorming and more.

- Meet Sherif in person in Zayed or 6th of October every Friday and Saturday.

- You have some experience in educational content (preferable), have read some books on business, marketing and sales, and/or have taken online courses in the same field.

Your first 2 weeks (probation)

Online meetings with Sherif, social media research, the data handout, and a draft plan.

Strategy and planning, filming, editing and posting, then adjusting from what the insights show.

I’ve been working with Intenso English for almost a month now, and it’s been such a refreshing experience. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged to grow. Like, not just the “we hear you” kind of thing they really listen, without any judgment. You can say what’s on your mind, and they take it seriously in the best way. I've been part of the team for a month. I really like the idea of focusing on B1+/B2 students and help them improve as they can sometimes get lost trying to improve their language. I also enjoy the team work and how every is genuinely trying to help each other. I believe professionals who are looking to help students but don't want to do it the traditional way. I'm Saad, I've been with the team for 3 weeks now. It's been great so far! The whole team is friendly and supportive. Our team meetings feel less like a chore and more of a gathering in which we just have a good time. Normally, I hate meetings, but in this team, it's like I'm just hanging out with my friends while discussing work matters. My managers treat me less as an employee and more of a friend. انا ثريا، بشتغل English Program Advisor و بقالي شهر مع Intenso English اكتر حاجة حسيتها مميزة و فرقت معايا هي قد ايه بيركزوا علي ان احنا نعمل و نكون community و نشتغل سوا و نتعلم من بعض، فعلا بحس اننا كل واحد فينا بيدعم التاني و متعاونين مع بعض و احلي حاجة ان هدفنا مشترك من ناحية ال product اللي بنقدمه وأننا نساعد اي حد بيجي عنده مشكلة في انه يتكلم بال English و شايف انه مافيش امل فيه. انا حاسة فعلا اني بتطور مستوي المهني و شخصي، من ناحية الشغل معلوماتي عن ال sales اتغيرت و اتطورت فيها و بقيت بشوفها من منظور مختلف و من مستوي الشخصي من حته اني بقيت بطلع من comfort zone علشان اقدر اتعلم و اتطور و فعلا الاتنين بيساعدوني اتطور جوا و برا الشغل. لو انت عايز تشتغل في supportive environment يبقي مسنينك تبقى جزء من التيم معانا.

أنا رنيم، شغالة English Program Advisor (Sales & Consulting) في Intenso English، وكملت شهر معاهم دلوقتي. بصراحة من أول يوم وأنا حسيت إن المكان مختلف. الـ product نفسه شدني جدًا، وحسيت قد إيه هما فعلاً بيقدموا حاجة بتفرق، مش مجرد كلام. العجبني كمان إن كل حاجة كانت واضحة من البداية، يعني عارفه دوري إيه، ومفيش أي مفاجآت و دي كانت حاجة مهمة بالنسبة لي . الناس هنا صريحة وواضحة، وكل واحد عارف هو مسؤول عن إيه. وده مخليني مرتاحة ومركزة على شغلي. اللي مميزهم فعلًا إنهم مهتمين يطوروا مش بس الـ program، لكن كمان يطوروا التيم نفسه. و فعلا شريف وعامر مهتمين بيه من أول يوم بقيت موجودة فيه معاهم و كمان بيحترموا حته الوقت، اننا ندي لنفسنا وقت و كذا فرصة اننا نتعلم ونجرب. أنا شخصيًا حاسه إن اتطورت كتير في طريقة شغلي، في الـ sales، وفي طريقة تفكيري، وحتى في طريقتي وأنا بكلم عن الـ product. كمان حبيت روح التيم هنا. فعلا مهتمين بحته انه إحنا مش بس كل واحد بيشتغل وخلاص. لو انتم عندكم شغف تطوروا من نفسكم و في شغلكم علشان نطلع سوا ب احلي outcome و بتحبوا اللي بتعملوه فا اهلا و سهلا بيكم🥰. لأن شريف وعامر من أول يوم حقيقي حسيّت إنهم بيبنوا تيم مش بس بنشتغل و نخلص الشغل وخلاص.

Is it paid?هل هو مدفوع؟
The first 2 weeks (4 days of work) are an unpaid probation, so we can both see if it works. After that, EGP 6,000 a month for 3 months (8 working days a month, on weekends). After 3 months, salary is negotiable within EGP 10,000–12,000.
أول أسبوعين (4 أيام شغل) فترة تجريبية بدون أجر، عشان نشوف إحنا الاتنين لو الشغل مناسب. بعدها 6000 جنيه في الشهر لمدة 3 شهور (8 أيام شغل في الشهر، في الويكيند). وبعد 3 شهور المرتب بيتفاوض عليه في حدود 10000–12000 جنيه.

Sherif prefers people based in Cairo because the shoots are in person near Zayed / October.

What if I can’t work on Fridays and Saturdays?لو مش فاضي الجمعة والسبت؟
Then this role isn’t for you right now, because the in-person work is on those days.
